“Implementation of sustainable investments in the expansion of production capacity in Mažeikiai district of UAB Ventmann”

UAB Ventmann is implementing the project “Implementation of sustainable investments in expanding production capacity in Mažeikiai district of UAB Ventmann” (project No 02-064-K-0031), which is partly financed by EU funds.

The project aims to contribute to the growth and development of Mažeikiai District Municipality by attracting climate-neutral investments and creating additional sustainable jobs. The transition towards a climate-neutral economy involves training and retraining of workers, which is necessary both for the planned introduction of innovative technologies and equipment and for the creation of sustainable jobs. The project will increase the production capacity of the company’s existing activities. This is a project requiring significant investment for the company, and therefore, there is a need for additional funding for the acquisition of equipment based on sustainability principles and for staff skills development. The successful implementation of the project will increase the competitiveness of the company while introducing sustainable production solutions and contributing to a positive change towards a climate-neutral economy in the Mažeikiai District Municipality
The aim of the project is to install new equipment and increase production capacity by creating additional sustainable jobs and training employees.

The total cost of the project is EUR 3 207 492.73. The European Union funds allocated for the implementation of the project amount to EUR 2 505 043,71. The remaining part will be financed by the company.
The project will start on 27 August 2024. The project will end on 31.08.2027.

UAB “Ventmann” implements the project “UAB “Ventmann” investments in the skills of employees” no. no. 05-001-01-05-07 “To create a consistent system for the promotion of innovative activities” activity “To develop the skills of employees required by micro-enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises”.

The total value of the project is EUR 65,186.32, the allocated funding is EUR 39,977.61, financed from the European Regional Development Fund.
The project implementation period is from 08/30/2024 to 08/30/2026.
The goal of the project is to improve the skills of employees in the fields of information technology, new production processes and technologies.
During the project, it is planned to invest in the upgrading and retraining of employees, paying special attention to the development and improvement of digital skills.

JSC “Ventmann” is implementing the project “Investments of UAB “Ventmann” in the increase of competitiveness in export markets” No.02-036-K-00132, financed within the framework of the progress measure No. 05-001-01-11-04 “Implementation of measures to promote the growth of export competitiveness” of the Development Programme Manager of the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, the progress measure No. 05-001-01-11-04 “Implementation of measures to promote the growth of export competitiveness”, the activity “Promoting the internationalisation of SME activities and the identification of activities to identify new export markets (region of Central and Western Lithuania)”.

The total value of the project is EUR 159 249,00, the allocated funding is EUR 77 452,00, financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The project implementation period is from 12/03/2024 to 01/01/2027.

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and internationalisation of UAB Ventmann.

The project involves participation in international exhibitions and product certification activities. Ventmann aims to increase the volume of product certification and sales of its products on foreign markets, thus ensuring the company’s further growth.
